Switched dentists after multiple poor experiences from my former family dentist. What I came from: painful cleanings, rough hygienists who left my mouth sore for days afterward. The last straw was when I declined to let the former office separate my young toddler from me and start annual x rays on him during a routine 6 month cleaning, and the office staff all stood around talking about how mad the dentist was.So, admittedly I was nervous coming here. But the reviews looked promising, the website looks like they really take patient comfortability to heart, and I needed somewhere to switch to. I can now confirm: this is THE ONLY dental office I ever want to go to. They are AMAZING.Having taken the kiddos here and having been myself, this is THE BEST dental team. Everyone is friendly and caring, and they take your questions and concerns like pros. They offer options and suggestions, and take the time to talk to you and choose solutions with you, instead of telling you what needs done and getting annoyed or making you feel like a bad person or bad parent if you question them.I really can't say enough good things about this office. As someone with high anxiety when it comes to dentists, this is the only place to go. I also really appreciate the fact that they have different offices in a few different towns, and an on-call dentist for after hours emergencies. When I had extreme tooth/jaw pain earlier in the spring, they are the only ones I was able to get hold of on the weekend and got some guidance on what to do until I could get in for an appointment.Excellent practice all the way around. I drive an hour to come here, and the anxiety is mostly gone now. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Siouxland area. You won't find a better place to go.
