The Embrace Dentistry experience is focused entirely on your individual dental needs. At your first visit you can expect to receive a warm welcome along with cookies and a fully stocked coffee bar. Complimentary consultations are available upon request to answer any and all questions you may have about your dental treatment options and care.

The Necessary Paperwork

One of the most frustrating things about new dental offices is all the paperwork that you have to complete. But at Embrace Dentistry we have made it easy. Prior to your first dental visit, you can complete your new patient registration so when you walk in the door you are ready to be taken care of.

Embrace Dentistry Accepts All In-Network and

Out-of-Network Major Dental Insurance.

Please contact your local Embrace Dentistry office for a complete list of insurance companies for which we are preferred providers.

We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided. You can be confident we will always provide you with the finest care regardless of any limitations imposed by your insurance coverage.

Embrace Dentistry also accepts Care Credit, a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options. We can make the arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Care Credit for you, but that must be implemented prior to the procedure. ​You can learn more or apply at: carecredit.com.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you choose to pay with a credit card, payment is due at the time of service. Please reach out to our Treatment Plan Coordinator at the Embrace Dentistry location nearest you if you have any concerns or questions about payment.

Safety Protocols

The health and safety of everyone in our clinics is vitally important to us.

Our team uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed to help protect anyone in our practice from exposure to infectious agents.

All instruments and equipment used in your care are sterilized and disinfected before each use. Examination rooms are disinfected between each appointment.

Common patient areas and touchpoints, including seating, workspaces, door handles, railings and restrooms are sanitized on a regular basis with effective cleaning solutions certified to kill viruses.
Curb-side Service is available for patients who prefer the isolation of their car to our waiting room.

Can I still see the dentist if I don’t have dental insurance?

Yes, Embrace Dentistry offers a variety of payment plans for patients without dental insurance.

How often should I come to the dentist?

It’s a good idea to see your dentist and hygienist every six months to help sustain good oral health for life.

How can I overcome my fear of going to the dentist?

We truly care about your dental anxiety. When making your appointment, mention your fears or concerns to the patient scheduler, who will make notes for the doctor. However, when you arrive for your appointment, discuss your fear with your doctor before treatment begins. He or she can offer a variety of options for all levels of dental anxiety.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

If you have a dental emergency, such as a cracked tooth or a knocked-out tooth, contact your local Embrace Dentistry. If it is after hours or on weekends, we have a doctor on call who is available to consult with you on the best course of action.
